The Enchanted Nest

• Private wooded ceremony location
   
• Choice of hexagon or arch backdrop

• Parking for up to 20 guest vehicles

In the event of inclement weather, ceremonies will be held under the reception tent.

Decorating may occur:

• During scheduled rehearsal time
   
• During rehearsal dinner time (if booked)
   
• And/or up to three (3) hours prior to ceremony start time
   

Decor access does not extend contracted event hours and does not allow guest arrival, alcohol service, or amplified music.

• Rehearsal time (up to 2 hours, day prior): $150
   
• Rehearsal dinner under tent (up to 3 hours): $400
   
• Chapel backdrop upgrade: Price varies
   
• Dance floor rental: Based on size and availability
   
• Extra tables or chairs: $10–$15 each
   
• Additional hour of venue time (if available): $250

• Outside catering is welcome
   
• Caterers must provide their own equipment and warmers
   
• Venue does not supply kitchen facilities
   
• Caterers may arrive up to 2 hours prior to meal service

If alcohol is served:

• A licensed ABC bartender is required
   
• Proof of license must be provided prior to the event

All couples must provide special event liability insurance:

• Minimum $1,000,000 coverage
   
• Must cover rehearsal, setup, and wedding day
   
• The Enchanted Nest must be listed as additional insured
   

Proof of insurance is required 14 days prior to the event date.

Possible officiant service available upon request.

• 25% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
   
• Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event
